The storms that blew through Arkansas last week "fried" the pump in my koi pond. By using the brand and model number I found several (hundred!) suppliers for the Beckett pump. Your pricing was so reasonable and the shipping was even faster than I had anticipated. I was thrilled to see it on my door step last night! The new pump has been installed and the fish are, once again, swimming happily! My experience with FilterAce has been a very positive one!

In the past I allways used XXXXX. But FilterAce blows them away. I orderd on line at 7:00 am only to find I had ordered the wrong filter. No problem I was able to cancel right away  and reorder with out my credit card being hit twice. Plus I see everything is packed and waiting for fed ex to pick up.

I decied to switch to FilterAce because I had ordered the same parts from competitor  but after seeing my order status at in process for 2 days and it was friday 6:00 pm cst I had order them at 6:00 am on thurs ,I paid for next day and customer service it would ship on monday I wanted to cancle. It took a half an hour phone call to stop the order and 4 days for the credit memo hold to be taken off my card which is a check card so funds in my bank account where tied up.

From now on its Filterace or nothing.

truth , I ordered about 30 times from Filterace and I had some problems. Items on backorder for 2 weeks. I must say at lease there truthful and items always arrive.  Had 1 order with shipping damage, they filed the claim and shipped new item that day.
